Vandikkaran.com helps people find nearby transport and vehicle services and contact them directly. Need an auto at midnight, a pickup to move a sofa, a JCB after a landslip or a hearse van at short notice? Search your district and call the owner.

We are not a booking app. We don't take a cut of the fare, set prices or dispatch vehicles. Providers keep 100% of what they earn, and customers talk to the real person behind the wheel.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

From providers: name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, location, vehicle details, photos, and licence and insurance documents for verification. From customers: reviews and reports you choose to submit.

What is public

A provider's name, phone, WhatsApp, district, vehicle details, photos, ratings and reviews are shown publicly so customers can contact them. Licence and insurance documents are never shown publicly.

How we use it

To run the directory, verify providers, handle reports and contact you about your listing. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

Providers can edit or delete their listing at any time by contacting us. We delete verification documents once checks are complete, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Law

We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

A directory that lists independent transport and vehicle service providers. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a provider, and we do not set fares or guarantee any service.

Provider responsibilities

Providers must hold a valid licence, registration, permit and insurance for the services they list, give accurate information, and keep their listing up to date.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should confirm fares and details directly with the provider and write honest reviews based on real experiences.

Removal

We may hide or remove listings that are fake, misleading, unsafe or reported, while we investigate.

Safety guidelines

Staying safe on every trip

For customers

• Choose Verified providers where possible and read recent reviews.
• Confirm the fare, route and vehicle number before the trip.
• Share the provider's profile and your live location with someone you trust.
• If you feel unsafe, ask to stop in a public place and call 112.
• Report any fake profile or bad behaviour from the profile page.

For providers

• Keep your licence, permit, insurance and fitness certificate valid and in the vehicle.
• Only share your phone and WhatsApp through your listing.
• For goods and house shifting, agree loading, unloading and toll charges in writing on WhatsApp.
• Ambulance and hearse providers should list equipment honestly (oxygen, stretcher, freezer box).
